50 Cent Slammed for Insensitive Comments Following Michael K. Williams Death


50 Cent is being slammed for “disrespectful” comments he made in the wake of Michael K. Williams’ death. On Monday (Sept. 6), 50 posted the eyes emoji alongside a screenshot of a headline reporting the tragic passing of “The Wire” star. 50 cent did later delete this post, but not before receiving backlash.

However it didn’t end there, the 46-year-old rapper posted a subsequent of a 2018 headline detailing his beef with Williams that started after the “Boardwalk Empire” actor defended incarcerated music executive James “Jimmy Henchman” Rosemond, who was found guilty of hiring a hitman to kill 50’s friend.

“Don’t ever try to understand me. I’m different. I don’t do all the fake love shit,” wrote 50 before also deleting that post.

Michael K. Williams was found dead in his Brooklyn home He was 54. His death is currently being investigated as a possible drug overdose.
