Congratulations are in order for Jezzy and Jeannie Mai.

Co-host of The Real, Jeannie Mai surprised fans and fellow co-hosts with her pregnancy reveal on the newest season of the hit talk show.

Jeannie Mai and husband Jeezy are expecting their first child together. Mai revealed in an interview with Women’s Health that they have been saving this and hiding this for five months and they’re relieved to finally share the news.

A beaming Mai also opened up about suffering a miscarrigae one month before her wedding with Jezzy. Mai also disclosed that the journey wasn’t easy “We both needed a bit of assistance, especially with me being 41 at the time.” she stated. However, one week after their wedding, Mai discovered she was pregnant again. The couple is excited to welcome Baby Jenkins and is sharing in every moment of the pregnancy.

During Monday’s season premiere of “The Real,” the mom-to-be showed off her baby bump while sharing the “surreal” news with her co-hosts. “I always said I’d never be a mom,” said an emotional Mai. “But I do know that you never say never and that love can really change you.”

This is the first child for Mai and the fourth for Jeezy, who has three children from previous relationships–Jadarius, Shyheim, and Amra.
