Co-parents, Maralee Nichols and Tristan Thompson, have not been on easy going terms since a paternity test confirmed that the professional basketball player is in fact the biological father of their son, baby Theo.

Legal documents acquired by US Weekly shows that Maralee is requesting monetary support from Tristan for legal fees and child support. She’s requesting $47,424 for monthly child support as stated in document. Nichols is also requesting that her legal fees, which have surpassed $1 million, be covered.

Maralee Nichols claims that she’s living in an apartment with a roommate, and has not received any money from Tristan to care for their son.
